Well we have one bedroom @ phase1 with pool for 1.5m.the issue of gen which definitely will attract extra cash as per service charge can be discussed.
We also have another one on lekki right for 1.1m.

@reels.we have a large roomsef@ ikate for 700k.we also have a superb miniflat @ikate for 700k times 2yrs.(The only concern is that there is a wine shop and salon at the front)otherwise the apartment is really cool and brandnew.

We have for rent in a gated enclave just off the alternative route;between new market and marwa which is lekki 2nd roundabout.a really cool one bedroom studio apartment also called miniflat.the apartment is behind a duplex.the estate is serene and beautiful.you work or do business around lekki,v/i or the mainland and you looking to find a peaceful place to live then look no further.the bungalow is just by itself in the back;the sitting room,bedroom and bath are not linked from the inside but via a common alley.you may have to fix a netted facade at the front to the apartment.its really cool and very private.rent is one million naira and service charge is one hundred thousand naira p.a.pls we require three hours notice prior to inspection.

james1 N1.5m is way way WAYYYYY off my budget,and also quite high for a 1BR (without light service),meaning that will,be aprx N2m (after agency etc),i could get a 3Br in Lekki 1 with that,or a 2Br+Light with that offer.
Thanks anyway but N1.5m is out of it for me for a 1BR with no Light,N1m+Light is even off.
A self contained for N500k and then if it's serviced we can discuss the applicable service charge.

Which area of Ikate is that? Though 700k is a bit high, If it can fly for 500k then we can arrange for inspection.
