thanks a lot FLORIDACAR. I have been on this since july 08 without success.
I have checked the web, been to Honda Place and 2 good radio techs but nothing was achieved.
I even pulled out the radio in a bid to unlock the code . I will reinstall and use the code

Your serial number is not correctit did not bring up a code. This is what you can do, turn on your car ignition then on your radio press 1& 6 down same time it will give you 2 sets of number ( Write those numbers down), most likely starting with a letter U, post it I can try again for you.
