Hi, Want to reach out to anyone who bought lekki gardens in Gbagada. For those who do not know they sold off plan and some people paid up. Now they have reviewed the price and are asking buyers to either pay up to the new price or take a refund. Quite frankly i think this is very wrong and am looking for anyone who was also affected so we can discuss a way forward. |

koribo: Before you waste your time and money, have a lawyer read your contract first. That they're offering a refund might be a blessing in disguise. |
