A young and aspiring company which is engaged in Security Technologies and Marketing & communication Consultancy based in Ikeja, Lagos is looking to fill in the position of Front Office Admin. The applicant will be responsible for:
• Welcome and direct visitor to necessary Employee
• Assist in providing office and clerical activities and also ordering and distributing office supplies and paying necessary bills
• Monitor the use of office supplies and equipment, coordinate the repairs and maintenance of office equipment
• Maintain safe and clean reception area and general office area
• Provide general administrative duties
• Perform other admin activities as may be required
• Contribute positively to the growth of the company especially from cost management point of view

The Front Desk person will report to the Admin Officer, an OND holder with minimum of 1 year related experience and must possess the following skills:
• Microsoft Office skills
• Strong Verbal and writing communication skill
• Professionalism
• Strong cognitive ability,
• A good team player and possess a personal drive to succeed in similar fast-paced environment
• Patience and politeness
