1. You do not need anybody to help you help you with Canadian visa or immigration forms.

2. You can download and fill the forms by yourself for free.

3. You may use an Immigration consultant or a Lawyer but that does not improve your chances.

4. Go to the Canadian Government website at www.gc.ca and click on the drop down link for Immigration, then select the class of immigration you are interested in.

5. Where fees are required, you will be asked to pay it to the Government of Canada directly.

6. If and when you decide to use are Lawyer or an Immigration Consultant, the Canadian Government will ask you to fill out a form authorizing such an entity to deal with them on your behalf.
