I want to setup an sms trivia which will have a question with multiple choice answers. Each sms in response to the question will be billed at a prefixed rate. Winner will be the one with the highest accumulated number.

Who can help me with this? Please email me a breakdown including the cost of a shortcode acquisition.

Please this should be treated as urgent.
