Except in the case of match fixing, a match will produce more than 50 goals in subject to match fixing. Soccer have experience some hilarious winning margins such has Tahiti vs Cook Island which ended 30-0 in favour of Tahiti in 1971(you must be wondering Tahiti of all nations).
Such occurence do happen when football nation face a country new to the game. I expect nothing less than 15-0 if brazil face papua new guinea
