Please, I want to know if its compulsory for a graduate to rent a gown for convocation? Can one pay for certificate only? Please,reply. Tanx.

You pay 15k for the gown, brochure n certificate. If u return the gown after the convocation, 5k will be refunded to u. But if u wish to pay for the certificate and brochure only, excluding the gown, try Ecobank.
