Requirements:
Must be a Qualified Accountant (International Qualification such as CA, ACCA or CIMA).
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance management in a construction company.

Contract/Project Manager
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of HND/BSc in Civil Engineering.
At least 6 years experience in the construction industry including a supervisory role (experience in supervising construction projects of increasing complexity).
Experience in handling multiple commercial building projects
Experience in building on a large scale
Professional qualification (COREN) will be an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills
Significant job specific knowledge & proficiency
Trustworthiness, discretion & confidentiality
Previous working experience in top Nigeria construction company is an added advantage
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.


Workshop Manager
Requirements
Good first degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 6 years experience in Construction/Quarry Management with ability to develop and manage budget.
Must be able to develop, manage and enforce compliance of SOP.
Ability to liaise with third party and manage a sound Service Level Agreement for the company
Vast experience in the use of Heavy Duty Equipment such as CAT, Terex, Volvo, Mack etc, and Plant (Asphalt Concrete and Quarry)
Ability to use various trouble shooting software like CAT STW (ET), SIS and Terex Insite, OBD II, MS Word, Excel, etc....
