I grew to know that white maggi are hazardious on humans health but some local food joints & chinese fast food resturants cant do without it.but as for my family we hate it not only my family most nigerian families dont use it.plz how bad is this white maggi?

It is what i call toxicated. I could remember when i still use to "eat out", i bought pounded yam and egusi-soup although the food was tasty but after some hours my gastro-intestinal tract changed causing me to stool and throw-up at the same time.
Moreover the monosodium glutamate content in the so called "white maggi" is quite high and so excessive consumption of it causes high blood pressure, diabetes e.t.c
