I was just browsing through the net a I saw this stadium. It is reported to be an ungoing project in Bayelsa. Please guys, is this report true or false?

I heared something about Bayelsa building a 25,000 capicity stadium last year.Don't know how far they have gone or if they have started building it. |

Krasid:Same thing I read but the construction cost is against my imagination. The reports say 215 million dollars, is that true? |
