Am currently using one,since last year,a great phone but it is being phased out by Samsung,it's hard to get a new one in Nigeria currently,though you can try Amazon US or Ebay,if am to advise I would recommend the Note 3,Note 2 is at the end of its life cycle,almost 3 years old,buying it now,to use for a further 2 years will leave it grossly outdated by then..#my2cents

The device is no longer in production, so you can't find a new one. I reside in Owerri too and I doubt if you gonna find a fairly used here.

I can give you my 18 months old Note 2 for a reasonable price. Quote me if you are interested

The Galaxy goya is a 3g enabled 7 inch tab currently going for 39,000-54000 naira at Konga.com,I will not exactly recommend such to you,it's the lowest of the low among Samsung tablets and such is bound to be cra.p and won't be very portable either,Note 3 is Samsung's Flagship device from 2013,going for around #115,000 currently,unfortunately the Naira depreciation has affected phone prices,the nearest Galaxy phone to the Note 2 is the Galaxy Note 3 Neo,a lower specd Galaxy Note 3 version,with internals comparable to the Note 2..
