princehrt: Lol!! This one is in a dream. Must have been a religious extremist like his Buhari who said that Boko Haram are freedom fighters that must be granted amnesty, but his Buhari said a few days ago that he shall not grant amnesty to Boko Haram if he becomes president. What a confused Buhari!!!!! Is your Buhari even qualified yet to contest next election? |

Whoever designed that Ambode's Logo is cray. Very catchy job. The "A+" was culled from the double A's in his names.... Just like some would use the 'Square' (2) sign. Blue and Red blended so well on light backgrounds. #PerfectJobDone |

I appreciate this post. It is one thing to think about the political agendas, it is another to think of the role of media and communication in it. These designs and consistency definitely are an improvement. |

APC has proven to have a better team in organizing, presenting and articulating their campaign messages. Be you a layman or a professional it resonates perfectly. |

At first i tot the designer was doing gud job until when he said, he prefer the dark an unattractive colours of APC to PDP. it was then i knw he was a learner. check all the rallies between APC and PDP u will see that APC is not a match to PDP when it comes to out fit and colour combination. |
Re: 2015 Elections, From The Graphics Designer's Point Of View by egift(m): 10:05pm On Feb 28, 2015 |
fritiyo: @Bold text: The colors of the outfits of attendants to campaign rallies is a very different issues here. - PDP has more 'Uniforms" in different colors, means those people wear mobilized, clothed and transported to the venue to populate the arena. - While the randomness of majority of Nigerians in APC rallies meant these folks came on there own accord and to support Buahri. But when it comes to designs of publicity materiel, APC has upper hand on that. |

Op, nice write up... I'm also a graphic/brand specialist and I can say that beyond everything you mentioned there is also concepts in designing which I think APC won fair and square with designs like the "mathematics concept"... Also the 'Fixing Nigeria is as simple as APC' concept. All these actually makes me pay attention to what they are saying. In terms of designs and branding, give it to APC, they know their onion. |

I like the colour-combo thing the APC has going. It gels well with the eye. Maybe its coz I'm so used to the red-white-green Fee-dee-Fee colours. |
