Pls nairalanders how can I sue first bank. On friday I went to one of the nearest bank to withdraw with my atm and I was debited on which d money is very very very important to be used on that day, I waited and waited maybe I will be credited back but I was not and now it all over, how can I sue bank for this

Lol. Go and complain to the bank, they'll reverse the transaction and you'll have your money back. If you still want to sue them for damages, get a lawyer.

Lols its not there fault bro, sometimes i bliv its network or server shii. Last yr same tin happend around friday and dey creditted me back on monday. If it had happend on workin days, within 24hrs u would av been credited.. Cool down, ur money is safe...even if u sue dem, e no go affect dem..... Friday club money.. My brother don miss jam rock.

bt its bad,on friday it happened to me ,i needed it to pay for hostel fee,hostel av bin trying to get since last yr dec ,i finally got on thurs ,in wich d deadline for payment was saturday,i tried all i cud to get d money frm d atm after waiting for hours for my account to be credited,but i was disappointed, i had to go begging around to raise d money bfore 4pm on friday if not i wud av lost d hostel,dey shud improve cos it has caused alot of ppl badluck,especially dose who wanted to pat dier sch fees also in wich d deadline was friday,its not fair wat dey did ooooo,d bank is useless
