As a practicing Christian, I believe in the immitent end of the earth , Armageddon, The rule of evil (persecution of Christians) and going by the trend of things happening nowadays, it all starts to make sense, especially in the IT and computing sector
(I'll start sounding stupid about now), I believe Facebook, the social networking site, is a devilish scheme to collect people's info and every other things that needs to be known about them, their residence, friends, Job details, places they've been, places they'll likely go to, kind of activities they engage in, and many other stuffs that might come in handy when Rapture happens and the devil decides to trace people who didn't make it then (nowhere to hide), he could easily get an individual's location and places he/she is likely to be, so as to capture such person and force the mark or whatever on such person

This Facebook matter then moves unto Facebook's daughter App, Whatsapp, which basically I believe would be used to get each person's contact info, the people they relate with, their 'group' of friends, the kind of way they think, the kind of faith they profess, and this would come in very handy, when Satan starts seizing people against their will after rapture.

Moving on, it'll be google that Satan will utilize most when he needs info on what draws a person's curiousity and what could be bait for such person, based on the person's search history (I'm actually thinking Satan utilized search engines to discover people's love for Pornography and lewd things, and this translates to the relative abundant of pornographic content in everyday life) , then Gmail which is linked to a person's Google account, would be utilized to identify an individual's tendencies, the type of things they are into and their personal activities , then other google features would be instrumental in sourcing anybody's complete life profile

Then, the banking sector comes into the scene, there is already a scheme that's designed to connect a person's bank account in every bank he/she has an account into a single account number, which also identifies with the person's finger prints (you can't erase your finger prints, you know!), and thereby Satan would have a leverage after rapture to control the finances of the whole world's population with their finger print, (I sure, very soon all that is required for someone to make cash transactions is just their fingerprints), infact Fingerprints would control every individual's life aspect, and the devil's out to harvest them on a global database (most developed countries already have such database, and the developing ones are starting to pool such through BVNs and such schemes that requires you registering your fingerprints), this explains Iphone's recent popularity and global consumption, since it can pick someone's Fingerprints and store it, thereby giving the 'world' your fingerprints eventually.
Satan plainly is promoting the global IT boom for his own uses, to proclaim his own propaganda and seize the mind of everybody, as most if the moral and religeous decay stems from the media and popular culture, Satan gives riches to those who'll proclaim his evil ways (pop stars, reality stars, movie stars, sports stars, 'silicon-valley' stars and various elites in such field) and such people attract the masses who also tend to behabe like them , in whatever they do and say, this explains why you'll rarely see a Practicing Christian who breaks into the limelight with his 'christian' attributes, and gets to be equal with the 'world' stars
