bros I hail thee for passing said exam. first thing you should do is try and Google SAP companies and those that use it. I believe every large company and many medium sized companies use it. then go through their career page and see if they accept unsolicited submission of CVs. we can start from there for now.
if I may ask, which SAP exam did you write?

C2G Consulting. They are SAP Gold Partner and deal majorly with SAP business solutions for lots of multinational clients including the major players in the Oil and Gas. They recruited for trainees sometimes last year and I'm very sure they recruit often.
