I received a Text this morning from PENUEL for application for 2015/2016 session of the international entrepreneurship training and job creation project for training and placement abroad.registration forms are available at ITF for 4000 Naira..I want to know who else got this text.let's examine how valid it is.a zenith bank account name and no was also given..registration ends 30 March 2015
