The ‘Poison’ hitmaker – who split from the Formula One racing driver last month after seven years together on and off – has reportedly been suggested by her friends that it wasn’t “healthy” for the pair to stay involved.
A supply said: “The split has been devastating for Nicole. She feels the only means she will progress is by putting distance between her and Lewis.
“While their split was amicable , she and people around her feel it’s not healthy for them to stay friends.”
The former Pussy cat doll lead singer has been throwing herself into her work in a bid to distract her from the heartbreak.
