make sure whatever excercise you choose can easily be incorporated into your daily routine. don't start something you can't continue. consistency is key. for me, when I feel am putting on excess weight, I start walking to or from work rather than taking a taxi. its 45minutes of brisk walking and after a few weeks, there are noticeable changes. 1 Like |

Poor middle/workng class Lagos city dweller. The best we can do is spend our lives at traffic and work. Poor people. In fact we know these facts and more, better than the op, but you see, the excuses are overwhelming. I hope someone in this forum or elsewhere suggests ways this can be achieved. |
