Outrage Follows Apple's Adoption Of One Port For Both Power And Data. by BushidoBlue(m): 6:13pm On Mar 11, 2015
Following the revelation that the new macbook will have only one port responsible both power and data transfer, a cross section of consumers are expressing outrage at the development. The development has been termed as a "betrayal" by some sources. Some have resorted to swear words in tweets and others are even planning on boycotting the platform altogether.
The new macbook will feature just one port called the USB-C. This port will be responsible for powering the laptop and can also be used to transfer data. (that means Transcend and other makers of USB multi hubs will be singing Hallelujah).
If you use an iPad right now it won't be strange to you. Wait we already have that on phones too... right? Personally I work with data all day long and can't share my transfers with a power port. What's your opinion?
