PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CEO:
She must be able to establish and maintain working relationships with staffs at all corporate levels and with clients
She must be able to work with the ability to make sound decisions without supervision
She must be able to work with every conceivable piece of office equipment, from computers to photocopiers to fax machines
She must be able organized and also be able to manage time and workspace.
She must be able to keep to executive’s calendar, tracking meetings and activities and scheduling conferences and business travel.
Qualification: A first degree
Preferably: Female only
Experience: 2 - 3 Years Cognate experience
