Anytime am brushing my teeth blood always come out, this has been happening for 7 years now, a doctor said I should start using baby brush, and the other said I should be using foarm but all to no avail, pls help me with your advice am 19yrs old

Are ur gums swollen?
Use a soft brush & probably use diluted hydrogen peroxide to rinse ur mouth (sompiple dont use hydrogen peroxide)

What I advice u do is to get a mouth wash rich with antibacterial content. After brushing gargle it and pour it out.
