Job Description
Manage correspondence with clients on the company social Media platforms namely facebook,twitter, Instagram, Linkedin
Disseminate valuable information on social Media platform with a view to attracting and retaining clients
Develop a data base of highly interested prospective clients with a view to following up on them
Design innovative response on company product offering with a view to resolving any issues arising from clients relations
Respond to all inquiries on social media platform with a view to converting them to clients
Manage and grow social media followers.
Receive phone calls from social media marketing campaigns
Coordinate interaction with the firm on social media space
Work with internet tools to attract clients
Age: Not more than 25 years

Qualification & Experience
Ability to navigate social media space with minimum supervision
Strong motivation to make a difference in the firm
Minimum of OND from a reputable higher institution
At least 2 years working experience in a related Firm
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and marketing skills
Excellent Communication skills.
