@cityng...diamond bank as alredi bought d cars for chevron so they ar out of d picture now...d issue is now btw him and diamond bank and he has bin banking wit dem for so many years now dats y dey ar not so strict now but its moni no issue so probably after d deadline dey may take harsh actions nd we dnt want to experience dats y we resulted in selling d land evn after all d moni spnt on d land.. A man came yestdae and said he wuld pay 5m but notin shld be taken out, d blocks, iron rod etc all bcus its a distress sale he wnts to take advantage.. I evn took him to d half plot on d same street dat was sold in dec for ova 5m buh he was so proud nd was saying acept my offer and go and solve ur problm or wait till u go to jail for it... Diamond bank has bin paid, we thank God buh the land is still up for sale for d same price cus owner is currently down financially, i mean extremely so he rily nids d moni to start up a little biz. If he kips d land he doesnt av any source to gt moni to build on it for rent. So he jst told me today dat he nids to sell it to regain financial strenght.
