Hello guys, i did a phone back up on a Q10, upgraded to 10.3 but the back up refused to restore making me loose all info on the phone. Please is there a way out or a way to extract info from the bbb backup file on the pc. This is urgent guys |

What exactly are u facing to restore d data on ur Q10? Is it dat it requested for BB I'd,after complete restore on ur PC and u can't find ur data.plz give clear description so we Can assist .Thanks |

Ozenko:when restore is taking place, it gives a notification... restore was not completed and sometimes the phone reboots. I have done factory setting, uploaded, downloaded... etc. it just does the same thing. I have the back up file on my pc and I was looking forward to extracting my phone contacts if possible from the bbb file. |
