I have noticed so many times while playing audio songs that the production on the music player differs.

For instance if u play preacher man by ASA at volume level 4,it will sound higher than say 10/10 by Naeto C

Could it be from the singing or technical issues from the producer?

I wanna know.

Different producers, different production software, different styles in audio mastery and most importantly no standardized production practices set by the NCC or whatever body controls audio distribution.

If you research, you'd discover the average redbook audio CD has set standards artists have to follow when recording. This helps to create the best listening experience for end users (we the consumers).

Apple also sets production standards all artists have to follow to get their music posted on the online itunes store. Posting terrible quality audio reduces apple's sales reputation and consequently their customer base. To get the best sounding music from Nigerian artists, purchase either original cds or download their songs straight from the apple store.

I've noticed mp3 recordings that were mastered too loud are artificially reduced in volume by apple's itune software. This reduces the noise-to-signal ratio and hence lowers chances of you getting deaf playing them at high volume.
