Key Responsibilities 

Search and selection, Identifying suitably qualified candidates (database searches, advertising, referrals, networking, etc).
Create and build contacts, and a network within the (offshore) industry. 
Compile a diverse candidate pool inline with future recruitment needs. 
Evaluate, assess and select candidates. 
Submit appropriate candidates to clients based upon skills required for each position. 
CV/Resume formatting. 
Performing reference checks. 
Networking to identify recruitment opportunities within a new and existing client base whilst promoting Company services. 
Preparing and presenting proposals together with the Account Managers and arranging job postings.
Identifying and expanding sources of high quality candidates and prioritising targets for sourcing by region/location. 
Interviewing to create a short-list of candidates both on the telephone and face-to-face. 
Coordinating and arranging interviews between clients and candidates. 
Chasing feedback, multi-tasking, prioritising and working on simultaneous projects. 
Administration for candidates and clients, to include contact details, contracts and status changes and recording information in the CRM system. 
Ad-hoc duties as and when needed/requested.

Qualifications and Requirements
A degree in Technical Field, Business, Economics, Social Sciences
At least 1 - 3 years experience
Excellent commmunication and interpersonal skills
Must be IT savvy
