A man was arrested after he was found with a stolen gun watching girls near a school bus stop, Rock Hill police said.
Rock Hill police were called to the 300 block of Chestnut Street after a suspicious man, wearing all black clothing, was watching girls near a school bus stop.
When police interviewed the man, they identified him as 25-year-old Michael Mobley.
Police said he attempted to flee when they asked if he had anything illegal on him.
