Responsibilities:

Make the recruitment, training, performance plan and implementation plan, complete effectively personnel recruitment and selection work, develop and maintain the recruiting channel
Responsible for the company's various management reform and enterprise culture propaganda and implement

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
Human resources, business management and other related major priority, know the Internet, over two years HR working experience.
Familiar with the regulations of human resources recruitment, compensation, performance appraisal, training and process, familiar with the national labor policy
Good strategic management ability, has the strong language skills, interpersonal skills, strain capacity, communication skills and problem solving skills
To adapt to the expatriate and business travel
