I bought an Injoo F2 MTK 10.1 inches. After inserting my sim card, it is still reading "no sim card". Pls can someone help me out?

Also, does the tab use micro sim or not? I eagerly await your response. Thank you in advance.

please I don't know if you sell Injoo products cos I have a problem with my Injoo F2 scree. Its cracked and I need a replacement. I would be glad if any information can be provided as to how I can go about getting a replacement screen.
