Greater population of job-seekers are very uncaring, they don’t look through their works. This is not peculiar to CVs alone but also, other vital documents they own or decides to write. The best practice, if found in this kind of situation, is to take your time and do things right. You never can tell if that job your trying to flip in haste and submit a skeletal CV is your perfect dream job.
According to research on the jobosphere, a typical survey of employers found the following mistakes were very common:

Spelling and grammar 50% of employers found this most common
Not tailored to the job 25%
Poor work history and length 18%
Poor format and no use of bullets 12%
No accomplishments 9%
Contact & email problems 7% (unprofessional email address e.g. johnsonpeter1002@gmail.com
Objective/profile was too vague 4%
Lies 2%
Having a photo 2%
Others 7%
