The 33-year-old was leaving Claridge’s hotel in London, where she was promoting the range when the mishap occured. Kim still turned heads in the plunging dress which had a leather skirt detail and a pleated peplum trim which clung to her figure.

While Kanye no doubt stayed behind with the baby, the pair have been inseparable in recent days and attended the GQ Men Of The Year Awards at the Royal Opera House on Tuesday night.
