Follow the steps:


1 Switch off your Tablet.


2 Press and hold the volume down, home and
power buttons.


3 Wait for the recovery menu to appear .
Release the buttons.


4 Use the volume keys to go to the Wipe data/
factory reset .


5 Then use the power button to select.


6 Then use the volume keys to go to Yes,
delete all data .


7 Select using power button.


8 Then reboot system now.


9 Wait for it to restart then your Tablet is
unlocked.


If you do not have the home button, just
make
use of the volume down and power buttons.


If you still can not get this to work, please
contact your device manufacture so that they
can provide you with the update file you'll
need to download, and a link to the PC
program you'll need to use to perform the
update with your computer.
