As for calling out things "that don't look right", it's a buyers market. The seller has not said it's in top shape, and has posted pictures. It's down to a buyer to inspect, and if not what they're after, move on.
Unless an advert is misleading, or fraudulent, it's best a non-interested party keeps negative comments to him / herself.
