i want to have a toyota hiace 280 D4D registered but cant seems to locate d engine no. mechanic claimed d number has cleared off but I doubt him. vehicle isnt too old. A 2002 model.
can someone pls direct me to where i can find it.

If the mechanic cant find it, then it isn't really there. I have come across a lot of vehicles like this and how I register them is by indicating in the paper that there isn't an engine number or I emboss an engine number on the said engine.
