I really need to know if it is proper for a scholarship board to ask applicants to pay some money to be eligible to write the scholarship test.

Scam!.. No well meaning scholarship body or organisation will ask u to pay any money. Pls run away from them!

Several legitimate scholarship facilitators require applicants to drop a nickel.

Luzneema.org charges 8k for application........and they give out 8million.

Lagos State Scholarship board will tell you to purchase a scratch card......indirectly charging you 2k.

So most times, these people only want applicants that are serious enough to follow things through. Not some random people that will just apply and abuse the whole thing by neglecting it later on.
