Natural Mills Co was incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the 15th March, 2000, with its head office Located in Lagos mainland. NAMICO’s main line of business and interests are in Manufacturing and Supply of High Quality Cassava Flour and Commercial and Mechanized Farming of cassava tubers. The company started supply and logistics business immediately after incorporation on a very small scale and today has expanded with special interest and investment in Cassava processes and agriculture accounting for over 70% of its investment.

NAMICO has been cultivating over 1,000 ha of cassava in both Ogun state and Oyo State through outgrower schemes for more than 7 years back, working with IITA and farmers to increase overall per hectare cassava yields and purchasing the tubers harvested for processing into flour mills.

Our projects as mainly commercial / mechanized farming and processing of cassava tuber into High Quality Cassava Flour and Cassava Starch provide certain benefits to the host State. It supports the current Government initiative on Agricultural Development. It is our firm belief that the projects are of major significance to local and national economy. The projects also enhance the general agricultural production in the country; it provides a flexible basis for further industrialization and industrial development as more factories that use our produce for their production will move closer to the source of raw material. The projects have improved and encouraged rural development while local and overall employment opportunities are enhanced. Socially, the projects have curtailed population migration in urban centres with its attendant problems while the quality of rural life has improved.

The company is a member of the National Cassava Processors and Marketers Association and the National Cassava Growers’ Association.

NAMICO is presently recruiting for the above tittled position and below is the job descriptions and requirements:

Assistant Production Manager -
Descriptions: Responsible for the following:
Assist the production manager in carrying out production plans
Perform some functions that are delegated to him.
Coordinate and supervise some producion activities which may require him traveling to some states outside Lagos.
Makes sure that all production records are well filed and submitted to the production manager.
Always check that the standard high quality of cassava flour processed is maintained.

Administrative officer
.Reports to the branch manager
.Takes and impute records concerning all administration of the company
.maintains and updates the records of the organization
.prepare budget for the company
.supervise the activities of the staff in any of the branches where he/she might
.make sure that both administrative and financial policies of the company are maintain
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of B.sc/HND in Business Administration and Management or any other related area.

Chief Accountant
.Records all financial transaction made by the company
.prepares trading profit and loss account for the company
.update and maintain the company financial records
.prepares the staff pay-role at the end of each month
.Acts as one of the signatories to the company account
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of first degree in accounting; Candidates with master degree have an added advantage.

STORE MANAGER
.Takes record of all items in the company store
.prepares inventory orders and receipts
.maintain and protects items in the store from being destroyed
.should have full knowledge of what is in the store
.should be able to perform all inventory management functions
REQUIREMENT
B.sc/HND in store Management,Business administration and other related courses.

4RECEPTIONIST
.makes sure that all necessary records about visitor are properly taken
.Give proper attentions to visitor/guest and every other person in the company who might need help
.make sure that the reception room is well taken care of
.make sure he alert the company securities or administrative manager in case of any emergency
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of OND in public administrator or human relation
