Shipping

All items on ShopToAfrica.com ship from the U.S.

As our customer, you must supply a U.S address as your billing and shipping address while checking out on our store. This U.S address must be for the purpose of further shipment of your products to your Africa address. We do not ship direct to non-U.S addresses.

If you don't have a U.S address, we have partnered with the world's best package forwarding and consolidated shipping company, Access U.S.A Shipping LLC of Florida, U.S dba MyUS to provide you a U.S shipping address and warehouse space and also to ship your items to your door in Africa. We don't get involved with the shipping of your items to Nigeria or Africa as we have left this with the experts that we partner with. You will get your item(s) intact and in record time.

MyUS ships your items at 80% off normal shipping rates and deliver them to your door in 2-4 working days.

You are free to use any other similar U.S address from other U.S shipping/address providers for your orders. We recommend MyUS because they are the best in the industry and we have a relationship with them. Very Important

When we offer free shipping for an item, you don't need to calculate and add the shipping fee while checking out. Where there is a fee for shipping, the fee is for shipping your item to your U.S address, not to your Africa or non-U.S address.

Tracking

You will be forwarded a tracking number shortly after your order to track your item till it reaches your submitted U.S address.
MyUS also provides you a tracking ID once your item leaves for your doorstep address in Africa. They even upload and show you the image upon arrival at your address box with them.

We don't offer Pay-on-Delivery.

Basically, when shopping from U.S, plus or minus 2 week is a safe estimated time of arrival at your Africa address. However, we do our best to process and deliver your order to your specified U.S address within 2 - 6 business days.

But just for general education purposes, please be informed that our system receive payments via PayPal, which uses the global real time currency exchange on your debit card, NOT the local black market exchange rate. Even 300 naira to $1 at black market still sounds impossible.
