It depends on how deep and large the scar is, but you can try honey, not just any honey but real unadulterated honey, apply on the area for 1or 2 wks But wait, you had the accident one year ago?... That's way too long.. You should ve sought for help while the scar was fresh.. Not now when it might have blended with your skin.. Anyway, just try the above suggestions.. you never can tell..
