Job description
1. Drive business improvement and deliver business value through technology
2. Achieve business alignment, strategy and integration between business and IT stakeholders
3. Support the IT & enterprise strategic long term architecture evolution plan

Desired Skills and Experience
1. 10- 15 yrs of experience in delivery program management of global BSS/OSS Integrated Telecom-IT projects, Team Management

3. Experience in Schedule Management, Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, Risks, Issues, Dependency mgmt, 3rd party Vendor Management, Change Management, Communication Mgmt

Job description
1. Accountable and Owner of the Account’s P/L
2. Over-all lead to ensure that Huawei will meet all contractual agreements.
3. Mentoring and coaching on all direct reports.

5. Owner on all communication with customer C-level executives.

Job description
1. Take leading roll in ITO (IT outsourcing) sales & marketing projects in West Africa Region.
2. Dedicate in full cycle sales & marketing activities from ITO market analysis in WA local market, sales lead discovery and development, customer engagement, ITO solution design, all the way to sales bid projects.
3. Assist/participate in ITO commission projects. Help design and develop opertional model, operation transformation. Potentially take roll as ITO Project Director.

Desired Skills and Experience
1. Rich experience in ITO consulting, ITO solution design & sales, familiar with Enterprise Architecture/Business Architecture/ITarchitecture/Data Center design & sales, or senior management roll in Data Center/ITO operations management.
2. Large scale ITO project sales experience or ITO delivery project experience. Preferablly with multi-national companies.
3. Strong background in IT Managed Service, Cloud Services consulting and solution design. Familiar with IT service model.
4. 10+ relevent work history. Customer interface experience is highly regarded.
5. Wtih as least 1 certificate as below is perferred,ITIL/TOGAF/CoBIT/CISA/CISSP/ISO20000 LA/ISO27001 LA/PMP;
6. Base location is in West Africa region.
7. University degree is mandatory. Good communication skill in English language.
8. Leadership, proactive and dedication.

1. Deep Telecom Industry Knowledge should have played an Enterprise Architect Role for at least 5+ years in large programs
2. Know and expertise on Enterprise Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Technology Architecture and Information Architecture
3. Know and expertise on Service Oriented Architecture SOA and other frameworks
4. Good knowledge of BSS OSS and should be able to evaluate end to end design solutions

Job description
1. Detail the presale solution, and carries on the technological exchange and communication with the customers, make out HLD, ensure the OSS solution is realized;
2. Carding network operation processes, make out the feasible TO-BE IT processes.
3. Analyse network operation scenarios, make out the UAT Script;
4. Collect network operation requirements, responsible for requirements review, and end to end tracking of the requirements;
5. Support OSS presale, and responsible for reviewing presale proposal.

Desired Skills and Experience
1. Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications, at least 5 years working experience in telecom or related field, At least 1 years OSS experience;
2. Familiar industry OSS products, familiar OSS solution, and at least one time to lead an OSS solution design ;
3. Familiar with eTOM, ITIL etc, and if earned the related certificate, it is priority;
4. Have the large and middle scale project payment to experience or project presale experience.
5. Have strong communication power of expression, strong service concept;
6. The employment history stability is good, has the managed services payment to experience and has certain project management and technical management experience first;
7. English is good, can adapt to the overseas to travel on official business.
