Job Responsibilities:
Office Assistant/ Cleaner is expected to perform the following:
▪ Clear dips and distribute files as required.
▪ Complete errands on behalf of the Commission.
▪ Deliver and documents etc.
▪ Assist with the preparation of work areas and documents/folders for meetings.
▪ Collect and distribute stationery and office supplies as required.

Perform a number of daily cleaning duties which include:
▪ Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of floors
▪ Dusting furniture and equipment
▪ Empting bins
▪ Tidying office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities.
▪ Cleaning glass windows/panes, walls and doors
▪ Open and close building daily and ensure equipment is switched off, where applicable, at the end of the work day.
▪ Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of SSCE/GCE
1-2 years working experience in the same field.
Must be able to communicate well
Confidential and pay keen attention to details

Location:
Mainland, Gbagada Lagos.
Residing in this vicinity is an added advantage.
