Over the years, Canada to me have been the most livable North American Nation to Africans. Talk about the immigration policies, health care services, limited racism, and a top quality education. Also to me Germany is the best European nation for any prospective Nigerians to study, as most of its schools are cheap to enrol into. The nation also offers prospective immigrants the chance to learn and understand German, which could be advantageous in the long run..

Canada is an english speaking country
Tutition fee is cheap in several provinces
U can get permanent residency after ur studies
Its population is relatively small
D pple r friendly and accomodating
Germany
Free tuition(good)
Non english speaking, u have to learn german
Large number of immigrants
Limited english courses
And last of all, racist citizens.
