1) International Investment Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Research global equities at all market capitalization levels in a broad range of industries.
-Create valuation models utilizing techniques that incorporate earnings, cash flow analysis, and asset-based metrics.
-Conduct industry and company competitive analysis to determine sustainability of returns and assess reasonableness.
-Construct and analyze industry value chain, utilizing annual reports, company management, clients, suppliers and competitors.
-Analyze historical company financial statements to evaluate quantitative investment characteristics.
-Present investment analysis findings to senior research professionals.
-Travel to various countries to perform research and analysis.

Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering plus five years of experience in the offered position or closely related role; or a Master’s degree in the above fields plus three years of experience In the offered position or closely related role.
Experience with calculus & complex statistics.
Experience investing in publicly traded securities.
Experience evaluating businesses, their competitors, and industry value chains.
Experience meeting with and evaluating management teams.
Experience constructing complex financial models and performing extensive valuation analyses.
Experience writing investment memos and investment monitoring.
Experience conducting industry and company analysis to assess strategic and financial options available to companies.

Special Requirements:
This role requires 15% international travel.

2) Business Analyst

Key responsibilities:

Own all the business requirements aspects of the technology solution needed to support the function.
Maintain robust business requirements in line with overall program and client direction ensure the ongoing monitoring and tracking of delivery to the client in line with timelines and quality standards.
Active risk and issue management to secure reliable delivery to the client.
Produce regular (weekly) updates on programme status to the Program Manager.
Work with offshore/offsite based functional analysts and developers to ensure implementation of solutions are in line with overall business goals and objectives
Client stakeholder management on most levels.

You will have:

Subject Matter Expert experience in AML and specifically Transaction Monitoring.
Proven first class business analyst skills with appropriate, but pragmatic, process management skills applied with rigour and structure.
Relevant technology knowledge and expertise in the Legal and Compliance domain and knowledge of the market place of standard solutions in this space.
Demonstrated experience working with offshore development teams.
An understanding of the software development life cycle, in particular agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with demonstrable ability to interface and converse at both junior and senior level and with non-IT staff.
Customer and service orientation to support interaction with team resources and clients
Previous experience working effectively in globally diverse teams and matrix organisations.
Demonstrated ability to cooperate with a variety of people and achieve results.
A degree from an accredited College / University with an IT-related concentration (equivalent diploma / work experience).

3) Senior Trader *

Position Description
The desk requires an experienced Credit Trader with knowledge of a number of markets/products to join a very busy desk. The desk executes trades across 15 different currency markets with main focus on EUR/USD and GBP credit markets. Experience in trading High Yield and Emerging market product would be beneficial. The candidate would also be required to execute government bond and money market trades. An understanding of pricing in the currency spot/forward markets would also be useful.

Position Requirements
Minimum 3 years credit trading experience for a large financial institution. Multi-currency experience would be preferable but not essential. Must be self-motivated and be able to work under pressure. Good communication skills essential. Team player essential. Educated to university degree level.

4) Associate Trader, G10 FX options *

Job Description

Act as Primary Market Maker for Options on EUR and Eur crosses such as EUR/GBP, EUR/CHF, EUR/SEK.
Real day to day duties :
Quote prices for franchises and interbank market with expiries up to and including 5 Years, and predominantly Vanillas.
Risk Management of positions resulting from market making for both EUR crosses and EUR majors.
Trade FX Options, Spot and forward against the position to head risk, lock in profits and head out losses.

Responsibilities include:
Trade execution, risk management, monitoring existing risk positions and potential upcoming flows.
Trade idea generation, market intelligence, direct interaction with franchise on chat or face to face.

Key deliverables :
Generate profit for the group, develop interaction with franchise to generates business, deliver appropriate pricing and risk management controls, train Junior traders.

Requirements

The role requires candidates with the following competencies/experience;
An experienced FX Trader
In-depth knowledge of and demonstrable experience within EUR market
Experience working in a global and complex Global Markets business
In depth knowledge of pricing and risk managing using Fx options systems (Opal and Altair)
Previous experience servicing and giving liquidity to a diverse franchise : Hedge fund , real money, corporate in all G10 currencies
Strong understanding and use of other Fx market, spot, Algo and Fwd
Experience working in a Global team and sharing books across 3 centers.

5) Business Manager

Job Description

As a Business Manager you will:

• Manage every business transaction in order to maximise total operating profit
• Program all sales activity using targets and other methods to maximise sales and gross margin
• Manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish
• Attract and retain suitable candidates to the business
• Ensure a consistent and reliable service to clients by ensuring the team is operating according to company procedures and standards
• Motivate and develop the recruitment team in order to achieve branch and company targets
• Ensure all enquiries are dealt with professionally, efficiently so as to maximise all business opportunities
• To set a rigorous business plan for the recruitment team to follow and to maintain a visual over this business plan to ensure it is adhered to

Person Specification

Experience
-- Experience of managing and motivating staff (preferably a sales team)
-- Experience in managing budgets
-- Experience gained in a recruitment background is advantageous
Knowledge
-- Proficient in the use of a range of computer packages such as MS Excel, MS Word and databases
-- Demonstrating a willingness to learn new bespoke web-based database systems would be advantageous

The role will include;

-Responsibility for the advisory management that is managed on behalf of clients in collective investments
-Responsibility for the company’s panel of recommended collective investments
-Liaising with fund managers
-Production of internal research notes for recommended funds
-Analysis of client portfolios and advise on asset allocation and fund selections
-Providing regular economic and market commentary including a monthly and quarterly client bulletin
-Monitoring and reporting on new investments and new or alternative strategies

Whilst the successful candidate will not be advising their own clients they will be required to support client advisers at client meetings where appropriate.

This will suit an individual who has experience of working in a similar field, who holds the Investment Management Certificate and Financial Planning Certificate, or equivalent. You will have excellent communication skills, be presentable and articulate, with a proven track record in global economics.
