Sometime last year or two years ago (I can't remember now) I read where it was said that whoever wants to venture into farming and sees a good farmland should contact the NOA of the local government area or state where the land is located for easy accessment. Did any body here come across the news then? If yes, kindly remind me the policy or paper that carried the info.
