Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): Allah’s Messenger (SAW) talked about Friday And said: 'There is an hour on Friday And if a Muslim gets it while offering Salat (prayer) and asks something from Allah (SWT), then Allah (SWT) will definitely Meet his demand.' Salam alaykum brothers and sisters What is ur opinion on wishing a fellow muslim Jumaat mubarak coz I greeted a friend on a Friday and she told me dere is notin like dat in Islam coz it is not sunnatic for a muslim greeting each other jumaat mubarak. |

Kunlexic:Walaikum Salaam. Please ignore those people. The same people dont mind greeting non-muslims like "hi", "hello". Just ignore them. Friday or Jum'ah is Eld, weekly Eld. If we could say "Eld Mubaraq" for Eld fitr and Adha, why we can't say Jum'ah mubarak?. The person probably would tell you there is no "evidence" in Kitab and Sunnah. Ignore them please.
