UNLEARNING NEGATIVE EMOTIONS
One of the mental obstacles we encounter on our road to success is that noisy and miserable harsh reminder, tingling and constantly reminding us of how bad we are, at what we do or what we are about to start, how crazy we will look when we tell people about our plans, and ho much they will laugh at us when we eventually fail. I can imagine it sayin words like Don't start up the business, you 'll ruin it yourself. Don't write, who will read it? Don't laugh, they will only take you as a fool. Funny enough, an average individual calls this voice an instinct while great achievers only sees it as a noisy and miserable harsh voice.
Good news! This noisy and powerless voice as i would like to call it is learned (as no one came into the world with fear, doubt or worries) but can also be unlearned.
Just so you know; the major dose of negative emotions are courage and determination. The more you develop them the less effect these emotions will have on your performance and behaviour.
Remember! First, develop your gut afterwards stick to it.
