some group of hackers has claimed that they have succeeded in porting Microsoft Windows 10 Cortana embeded voice assistant to Android. And the group simply called the android version Portafia. Though they say that they android version still have some litmitations like no offline functionality, but see what Microsoft spokesperson has to say on hearing about Portafia "You can only enjoy the full features and functionality of Cortana when you used the one designed by Microsoft and you can only get it throught.."
