Responsibilities

Lead in the development of market insights to support the development of game solutions for retail and corporate segments
Lead the process of developing game solutions for corporate and retail segments of the market, ensuring that the results of the consumer insights are incorporated in the development process.
Lead the process of strategic growth planning for the business
Develop a consumer insight competence in the organization
Take responsibility for game development project management

Requirements

Proven leadership skills.
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in strategic planning in a similar organisation
Innovative marketing background and strong analytical capabilities
Ability to spot commercial opportunities and leverage organisational competence to take advantage of these opportunities
