Giggles n Gurgles are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketer who will be directly responsible for the development of the online and offline marketing strategy for the collection of their luxury brand children’s wear.

The individual will deliver a clear focus and vision for the marketing department overseeing the business’ development across digital and direct marketing, including email marketing. The ideal candidate must have experience in planning, executing and analysing campaigns which will be specifically aimed at driving traffic, sale and increasing brand awareness through multi-channel marketing.

Responsibilities will include:
> • Leading and managing a multi-channel marketing communications plan with a particular emphasis on online channels.
> • Planning and managing budgeting costs and the flow of sales performances.
> • Working closely with C.E.O in order to deliver the brand vision through all online and offline channels, this is to be done by ensuring strong brand guidelines are put in place.
> • Ensure that all content published follows brand guidelines and represents the brand’s values correctly.
> • Driving online awareness and traffic to the website to drive sales and conversions.
> • Improve website conversion through targeted traffic, optimized content at point of sale, enhanced retailing and merchandising capability.
> • Market research will be conducted to provide insight for new marketing and PR opportunities with a focus on customer acquisition.


> The successful candidate must hold:
> • Experience in Marketing and Retail
> • A true understanding and passion for luxury children’s wear
> • Insight into the trade and how to grow an Ecommerce business
> • Experience working with third parties to oversee online and other marketing activities.
> • Strong understanding of Social Media and its ability to grow the brands presence.
> • Experience using Web analytics.
