otedola1:I wish there was something to be merry about this season. News has gotten to me about how you messed up r231's container. Ogbeni rafkaz, not only did you delay the clearance, to the extent his client's were crying blue murder, you dodged FOU payment, made his staff travel all the way to Tin Can to offload the container by themselves and caused r231 extra expenses! He paid you 2.9m, including transport to his warehouse but because of your greed, you didn't settle the people you were supposed to settle and this caused further delays to the container release. Officials refused to give the container exeat and this forced you to cough up triple of what you were supposed to pay in the first place if you hadn't been so greedy. Your agreement with r231 was you will transport the container to his warehouse. He paid you 150k for FOU and transport but you dodged FOU payment and r231 ended up paying another 150k extra. Do you know how stressful it is offloading from the container at Tin Can, transferring to THREE vehicles, going through infernal Lagos traffic and offloading AGAIN at the warehouse? His staff left the warehouse 10pm that day after standing on their feet for close to 16 hours. All because you were too greedy to do what you were paid to do! 2 Likes 3 Shares |

Otedola1 aka rafkaz or whatever you call yourself, it is your kind that is giving Midas Shipping a bad name. The company will do everything they are supposed to do on their end but greedy and incompetent agents like you mess them up, thereby making customers disavow Midas. Imagine the rubbish! You even tried to cheat r231 out of his container deposit. You lied to him that you 'waived' the deposit, forgetting that the container is registered in his name so how you intended to pocket the money defies my imagination. My head was sparking as r231 was narrating his ordeal in your hands. He told me how you messed up the first job he gave to you, but after one year of pleading to be given another chance, he gave you this second one and the end result was even worse than the first. I have often warned r231 to stay away from Nairaland clearing agents because of the bad experiences he has been having, but his misplaced faith in them has caused his company unnecessary extra expenses and dissatisfied customers. He said he has learnt his lesson with this latest episode and has vowed never to go near clearing agents on Nairaland. Fellow Nairalanders, do business with otedola1 at your own risk.
